Tren Crucero is a four-day heritage train journey from Ecuador’s Pacific Ocean to its capital city, Quito, located in the high Andes and we were appointed by the national railway company, Ferrocarriles del Ecuador, to manage the UK launch and ongoing promotion of this world-class heritage and cultural tourism project.
We began this work, in June 2013, with the production of an initial UK Market Evaluation Report followed by an intensive and ongoing travel industry PR campaign focussing on the long-haul and luxury train holidays market, trade show support, tour operator training sessions, sales calls and industry networking.
